As per our customer suggestions and need we at Sh3lls continuously try to improve our services and support. In the next few days you will find some changes/improvements at Sh3lls.
We have hired a few new techs so that we can provide 24/7 support, the new techs are currently under training, we expect our new techs/support staff to be ready by the end of February or by first week of March 2012.
If things goes as per our plan, we will have 24/7 support on chat as well as support ticket, also we will even offer phone support from Monday – Saturday (4:30 AM to 3:30 PM GMT), initially we will offer only 11 hours of phone support, but will try to make even phone support 24/7.
We will have 24/7 chat and ticket support, but we are going to have 5-6 days in a whole year when we will have 12 hours support available instead of 24 hours, we will be announcing those dates in advance either through our blog or twitter or facebook.
I hope these changes will help us improve our service and get more customer satisfaction.
